Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – (KEY ACTIVITIES)
- Conduct field visits to the farmers to give advices and instructions on how to use pesticides and pesticides properly.
- Conduct field visit to the farmers during the pre-harvest and post-harvest periods to support the harvesting, drying, cleaning and storage accordingly to the requirements of the company including density, moisture, impurity and mold of pepper.
- Record all information related to the pepper suppliers and farmers such as applying pesticide/fungicide, spraying times and detailed information about production crops etc.
- Build good relationships and work closely with cooperatives, associations, relevant departments and institutions or organizations that support the agricultural sector to contribute to strengthening the quality of pepper and cultivation methods etc.
- Collect pepper samples from farmers to test for chemicals before purchasing.
- Check the quality of pepper during purchase such as density, moisture, impurity and mold.
- Monitor the quality of pepper during storage before packing, packing and storage after packing.
- Find new suppliers and farmers in order to collect more pepper.
- Farmer approval list.
- Participate in any meetings and training courses relating to quality management.
- Travel to other regions or provinces as required by the company and can drive vehicles.
- Be flexible and adapted to the company when any necessary tasks are required to be performed.
- Respect time and working hours of the company.
- Work under the supervision of the Agronomy officer.
- Make reports and submit to the Agronomy officer.
- Ensure proper documentation reporting field activities.
- Honest, trustworthy and good communication with teamwork and other employees in the company.
- General
- Farms survey. Observe the farmers associate with partner organizations. Communicate both external and internal.

Job Requirements
- Required skills
- High School Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Agriculture Faculty required.
- Good communication skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Know how to prepare program of weekly plan, monthly plan, and action plan.
- Ability to use computer literacy, including Internet and E-mail.
- Fluently in Khmer and writing report both Khmer and English.
- Well organized and respectful deadline.
- Able to work both in a team work and independently.
- Ability goes to field or travel to meet farmer alone
- Honest and hard working.
- Friendly, cooperative, flexible, respectful, and reliable.
- Qualifications
- Qualified training programs on GAP (Good Agricultural Practice).
- Fluency in oral and written English preferred, but not absolutely necessary.
- Experience
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Experience in filed research and development.
